I am a nurse in a rural health clinic and have noticed a huge increase in cases of Shingles (Herpes Zoster) in our practice among patients of all ages. Since the pharma giants have created a vaccine for chicken pox, people who contracted chicken pox as a child are at a great risk of contracting Shingles because they don't receive a booster from a child with chicken pox. I am interested in collecting data from people who have contracted shingles: age, onset of virus (Shingles), length of time suffering, if they were hospitalized, etc.
